Since the first human being showed up on the face of the earth, groups of humans moved and immigrated from place to place. These humans focused on survival as the main goal. During these migrations humans searched for shelter, food, and other clans. Migration has existed with groups of humans for millions of years.
Millions of years ago, humans created a way to communicate with each other. Languages were one of the most important endeavors as they tried to communicate using written codes and many more aspects of communications. Languages have been an essential tool for human evolution, making the differences between the rests of species of this planet. Based on historical studies and anthropological researches, the results are reporting an estimated six thousands different languages around the world (not mentioned dialects, only languages). Existed plenty of theories about the origin of the first language on the planet earth. Based on the scholars, the first one was a first proto- language, one language for all the human groups, this is a hypothesis called “monogenesis” one origin.
One of the most ancient civilizations with one of the oldest written codes was the “Sumerians” 3,500 BC from Mesopotamia. The Chinese culture is another example of ancients groups among others, where the scholars have found tables with hieroglyphics, and codes they used to communicate with each other. Here are samples of ancient languages spoken on the planet:
Hebrew is an ancient language from 400 AC. Hebrew has become the official language of the state of Israel.
Gaelic is an Irish dialect, a branch of the Celtics language of Great Britain, before the German empire invasion.
Euskera an ancient language from Spain and is considered one of ten ancient languages of the world. Euskera language was spoken in the Vasco area and in the south of France.
Georgiano is called a Kartvelian Language from the south of Caucasus, and the ancient date information is from the 3rd century AC. This language is spoken in Georgia, Russia, Iran, Europe, Israel and Turkey. This language has an original alphabet, and the oldest literary text in the world (5th century AD).
Tamil is a classic language and is survived throughout modern days. Tamil is spoken in Sri Lanka and Singapore.
Icelandic language is an Indo-European language and it’s origin came from the Germanic branch Indo- European practically remained the same from the ancient times.
Finnish is the official language in Finland. This language is one of the most ancient languages in the world, although it was a written language until XVI century with many words from the language Finnish- ugrica (a millenary language).
Lithuanian is considered one of the most ancient languages among others, based in the scholars in linguistic. The argument is because they are still keeping sounds and grammar rules from the ancestral Indo- European world.
Farsi or Persian is spoken in Iran, Afghanistan and Tajikistan. Dates came from 6th century to the 4th century BC.
Macedonian is another ancient language, is related to an old Slavic religion. Today, an estimated two million speak this language in Macedonian. The alphabet includes Cyrillic characters.
Romance Languages came from Latin and the Romans. There are many theories about the origin of those languages. One group of scholars mentioned “Latin” came from the II or III AC, and its origins due an evolution of the Vulgar Latin. Romances languages are also called “Romanic Languages”, “Latin Languages” or “Neo- Latin”.
There are 44 romances languages in the world. The most spoken is both Spanish and French. Here are the romance languages and countries, which speak them.

French – France, Belgium, Luxemburg, North of Africa.
