Our slogan is “ Any Language Everywhere” which means the entire planet’s communication for me. What is TWLS for me? I believe it’s an open door to the entire world. Two Worlds Language Services was born a couple of years ago in St. Louis. MO. And was a great solution for attorneys as a useful tool for their immigration business.
We’re proud today, my clients are diverse and our services are offered to lawyers, students, individuals, big and small business, nurses etc.

We as humans living in a multicultural and diverse society, our needs to communicate with each other are crucial. Since ancient times we are dealing with the need of communicate ideas, thoughts, feelings etc. Let’s go back into American History: The story of Sacajawea (1787-1812) one of the most important Native American translator of the Americas. Her role as a translator was really important for Lewis and Clark in that famous journey exploring the route to the pacific, she helped to solve not only the language barriers, and also she was the peaceful bridge between explorers and natives. Another example in the Prehispanic world of the Mexican world coast is “Malinche” known also Malinalli, Malitzin, or Dona Marina. She was a Nahua woman who played a key role as a translator, interpreter of Hernan Cortez during his journey to the Aztecan lands. We have many examples of the importance of understand the language correctly, which ones involved: culture, sociology, economy, and society.
Two Worlds Language Services was born based on my own idea of TWO WORLDS inside one, where English is a business language and Spanish is a romance language. As a Mexican entrepreneur woman, I live in two worlds speaking both languages. That’s how my adventure into the world of languages and translations begin. I wanted to share my journey with all of you: I am an immigrant. My background education is Science in Microbiology. My story started flying on to Toronto, Canada attending to a medical event (as an Astra- Zeneca Pharmaceutical Sales Rep). Before I arrive to my final destination, I met the most wonderful person who means the world to me- my husband. That’s when my adventure starts. After a few years traveling from country to country, we got married and moved to St. Louis MO. Living and working in a different country and speaking non- native language made me think how important is communication.
A language barrier can be a big social problem for a society. For years working in a company which main focus was languages and communication helped me to understand people needs in understanding languages and communication between each other. Our knowledge helps us to reach goals, accomplish dreams, and describe our feelings. I did a lot of travel all over the world learning the communication needs of my clients. My journey started by helping refugees from Africa, Japanese translators during seminars, finding bilingual speaker, and interpreters. Those are a few of my daily routines as a translator coordinator. The process of learning has been very valuable for me. This was an amazing experience after my first job. I gained a master degree in communication with emphasis in Spanish at Webster University in St. Louis MO. Since then I work in language translation field.
